Refund & Cancellation Policy

At “White Coral”, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or until the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for products that are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality check.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and approved, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 2–4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Mode of Refund

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit (as per customer preference).
