Customer Service & Returns Policy – WHITE CORAL

At White Coral, we strive to provide the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

If you have a concern, complaint, or wish to initiate a return (as per our policy below), simply email us at support@whitecoral.in
. Once we receive your request, a service ticket will be created, and a customer care executive will assist you.

We accept returns in the following cases:

An incorrect product was shipped and does not match your order.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product was received in a damaged or broken condition.

1. Damaged or Broken Products

If your order arrives damaged, please email us clear pictures of the broken product along with its packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
 Requests sent after this period cannot be processed.

2. Manufacturing Defect / Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must raise a complaint within 3 days of delivery and share product pictures. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return.

Cancellation –

In case you wish to cancel an order for any reason, write to us at support@whitecoral.in within 24 hours of ordering, and we will try our best to get your order cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Mechanism –

For prepaid orders, we will process the refund once we receive the returned product. The refunded amount will be credited back to your account.

COD Order: We will initiate NEFT to the account provided by you.
