Returns Policy – WhiteCoral
At White Coral, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns only in the following cases:
An incorrect product was shipped and does not match your order.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product was received in a damaged or broken condition.
1. Damaged or Broken Products
If your order arrives damaged, please email us clear pictures of the broken product along with its packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Requests sent after this period cannot be processed.
2. Manufacturing Defect / Incorrect Product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must raise a complaint within 3 days of delivery and share product pictures. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return.
